I am young yet highly experienced in a variety of unique finance functions. I previously worked in investment banking as a trusted debt financing partner for growing SMBs, then as the M&A lead for a growing acquirer of technology startups (40+ acquisitions), and now with a middle market investment bank with a specialty in employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). A growth mindset paired with knowledge in startup and corporate finance is powerful.
